About the Recipe
Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls with a fruity twist —filled with strawberry jam and fresh strawberries, balanced with warm cinnamon and finished with a sweet icing drizzle. Cozy, slightly indulgent, but still fresh and vibrant.

Ingredients
Dough:
210 g all-purpose flour
125 ml warm milk
24 g sugar
4 g instant yeast
a pinch of salt
32 g softened butter
Filling:
55 g softened butter
75 g brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
100 g strawberry jam
100 g diced strawberries
Topping:
icing (as needed)
Preparation
Step 1 – Make the dough
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and warm milk.
Add softened butter and knead until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Step 2 – Prepare the filling
In a bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until creamy.
Step 3 – Roll & fill
Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
Spread the cinnamon-butter mixture evenly.
Add strawberry jam and sprinkle diced strawberries on top.
Step 4 – Shape
Roll the dough tightly into a log.
Cut into 8 equal rolls.
Step 5 – Second rise
Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
Let them rise again for 20–30 minutes.
Step 6 – Bake
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes until golden and fluffy.
Step 7 – Finish
Let cool slightly, then drizzle with icing.
Serve warm
